Phần nắp trong suốt giúp dễ quan sát quá trình ép, có thể kiểm soát nguyên liệu rất trực quan. Đôi khi thấy bã chưa ra hết là mình có thể điều chỉnh ngay. Thiết kế tưởng nhỏ mà lại cực kỳ hữu ích trong quá trình sử dụng hằng ngày
Nhờ việc ép chậm nên nước ép không bị sủi bọt hay oxi hoá nhanh. Mình thử để nước ép trong chai thủy tinh kín, cất tủ lạnh hơn 24 tiếng mà màu vẫn giữ nguyên, vị vẫn ngon. Điều này rất tiện với những hôm mình cần chuẩn bị nước từ tối hôm trước
